Banking on your Brand: Bank Brand Image Survey in the Asia-Pacific
With financial markets in the Asia-Pacific opening up considerably, western banks have made large investments in these markets, sometimes by taking minority equity positions in existing banks. What are the brand perceptions of financial institutions in these markets? How strong is their brand image and what are some of the weaknesses of banking institutions in these markets? Simply put, health care outsourcing will be the next controversial issue in the health care debate. This project will take a multi-dimensional approach to the debate by: 1) undertaking a survey of North Americans on their views on health care outsourcing; 2) Detailed market studies on firms to which various elements of health care is being outsourced; and practices of North American health units in this domain.
