At IEMR, we value your business and it is our goal to satisfy every Client every time. All transactions between IEMR and our Clients are subject to this Refund Policy. Our Refund Policy is as follows:

1. As a  Member Client, if you request a refund within 3 business days of your transaction, we would be happy to refund 100% of your transaction amount (less service charges) immediately;
2. As any other Member, if you request a refund within 15 days of your transaction, we would be happy to refund 100% of your transaction amount (less service charges) immediately;
3. After this 3-day and 15-day trial period, all IEMR refunds are processed on a pro-rated basis. For each additional day after the 3-day and 15-day trial period, we will deduct 10% of the original transaction value (plus service charges) before refunding your transaction.
