The client was seeking intelligence in difficult areas such as the size of technology task forces deployed by its competitors, the strengths of its competitors' offerings in areas such as managed services, detailed analysis of competitor locations, their sales strategies, their decision-making processes, biographies of key executives, detailed revenue breakdown by geography and technology domain, main customers and their contract information, project failures at competitors, and strategic relationships with other parts of the telecoms ecosystem such as systems integrators.
